Levanto eignete sich bestens als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge und für Wanderungen im Nationalpark der Cinque Terre. Alle fünf Dörfer, Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola und Riomaggiore sind problemlos mit der Bahn, dem Schiff oder zu Fuss über die zahlreichen Wanderwege zu erreichen.<br />Die Fahradtour von Levanto über Bonassola bis nach Framura durch die alten Eisenbahntunnels war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis und machte der ganzen Familie viel Spass.<br />Zum Baden war es leider noch etwas zu kalt, obwohl sich die Strände dazu sehr gut eigenen würden. Dafür konnten wir Sandburgen bauen und den zahlreichen Surfern beim Wellenreiten zuschauen. (Auf dem ersten Bild entdeckt ihr viele kleine, schwarze Punkte im Wasser. ">In unserem diesjährigen Sommerurlaub haben wir die höchste Steilküste Dänemarks besucht. Im Osten der Insel Møn führen mehrere (steile) Treppen hinunter an den Strand zu den Kreidefelsen. Dort ist es möglich am Wasser entlang zu gehen und von dort aus die Steilküste zu bewundern. Eine Beschäftigung, die unsere Kinder über alles lieben und die uns von einer netten Schwedischen Familie beigebracht wurde.</div><div style="text-align: center;">Zum Krabben fischen, müssen erst Muscheln gesucht und aufgebrochen werden. Danach werden die Muscheln an einer Wäscheklammer ins Wasser gelassen. Dann wird geduldig gewartet, bis eine Krabbe angebissen hat. Dort kann man die fantastische Atmoshäre von Lilla Hyttnäs, dem Heim von Carl und Karin Larsson, erleben. Der Besuch des Hauses der beiden Künstler war auch für unsere Kinder sehr spannend. Da gab es so viele interessante, schöne und auch kuriose Dinge zu entdecken.
